Frozen Peach Lemonade

  • Author: Marcus
  • Total Time: 5-10 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

This frozen peach lemonade is a quick, refreshing summer drink that combines juicy peaches and tangy lemonade for a sweet-tart, slushy treat. Perfect for parties, barbecues, or cooling off on a hot day, it’s easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups frozen peach slices (about 400g)
  • 2 cups lemonade (480ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (30ml)
  • 23 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (30-45ml, to taste; maple syrup or agave for vegan option)
  • 12 cups ice cubes (120-240g, optional for thicker texture)
  • Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure out all ingredients: 3 cups frozen peach slices, 2 cups lemonade, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and 2-3 tablespoons honey or simple syrup. Optional: 1-2 cups ice cubes and fresh mint for garnish.
  2. Add frozen peaches, lemonade, lemon juice, and honey (or simple syrup) to a blender. For a thicker drink, add 1 cup of ice cubes.
  3. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and slushy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired by adding more honey/syrup or lemon juice and blending again.
  5. Check consistency: If too thick, blend in more lemonade (1/4 cup at a time). If too thin, add more frozen peaches or ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Pour immediately into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint or a peach slice if desired. Serve right away for best texture.

Notes

For best results, use frozen peaches for a thick, slushy texture. Taste and adjust sweetness and tartness based on your peaches and lemonade. For a vegan version, use maple syrup or agave instead of honey. To make it boozy, add 1/2 cup vodka, white rum, or peach schnapps. Leftovers can be frozen and re-blended or poured into popsicle molds. Blend in batches for large groups to avoid overloading your blender.
